Payments: At the warehouse we only accept bank transfer or cash payments. Online we accept all major debit/credit cards and paypal. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else—failure to do so results in lost time and resources, and may mean we are unable to offer you another appointment in the future.

All warehouse visits are strictly by appointment please. Our warehouse is always very busy and we only have enough staff to serve so many customers in a day so unfortunately if you do not have an appointment we can not guarantee to see you.

Trade purchases at our warehouse are aimed at bulk buyers.

Discounts are available on bulk purchases.

If you are interested in smaller orders then we suggest you purchase online at our website where the obligation is only to buy 12 units per style, this is a more convenient and cost effective way to sample our goods.
