RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Trade Clearinghouse, all stock undergoes quality control and is sold in good condition unless specifically noted (e.g., items listed as “seconds”). Due to the nature of our wholesale trade business, the following terms apply to all purchases.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN MY MIXED PARCEL
Our parcels are packed as mixed wholesale bundles based on the advertised category (for example “tops” or “dresses”).
Due to the nature of clearance and bulk packing, you may occasionally receive a small number of different garment types within a parcel (such as leggings, trousers, or other items).
These are typically only a minor percentage of the total pack and are considered part of the overall mixed bundle. Exact contents cannot be guaranteed.
VARIABLE QUALITY STANDARDS
As a wholesale trade company handling large volumes of clearance garments from a wide range of manufacturers and retail groups, each with their own quality control standards, we cannot guarantee the absolute consistency of every individual item or the exact size distribution within each pack.
Size descriptions are approximate. Occasional minor imperfections, such as light stitching faults, loose threads, minor marks, or fastening issues, may be present. This is standard within clearance stock and not considered a fault.
In some cases, garments may carry a residual smell from manufacturing processes or storage. This is not considered a defect and will typically disappear after airing or washing.
MIXED PARCELS – NO RETURNS
Mixed parcels are packed as balanced assortments based on current stock availability and demand. They are not customisable or pick-and-mix selections.
If you require specific styles or tighter control over product selection, we recommend purchasing from our wholesale packs section instead.
Due to the nature of mixed parcels:
We do not accept returns on mixed parcels.
We cannot provide exact photographs or detailed packing lists due to fast stock turnover.
Returns based on style preference, product mix, or individual item selection will not be accepted.
PRODUCT IMAGES & REPRESENTATION
All product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Due to the nature of wholesale clearance stock, including variations between batches, lighting conditions, and manufacturer differences, items received may vary in colour, shade, finish, branding placement, or exact design details from those shown.
Images should be treated as a general representation of the product type, not an exact match of every item supplied.
Returns will not be accepted based on differences between website images and the goods received, where the items supplied match the product description.
VISUAL & EXPECTATION DISCLAIMER
We do not accept returns based on:
Differences in appearance compared to website images
Variations in colour, shade, or finish within a batch
Minor differences in style, cut, or detailing
Subjective expectations of how items may look in person
All stock is sold based on product category and description, not exact visual match.
INSPECTION RECOMMENDED
If your business requires precise control over product selection, quality, or styling, you are welcome to inspect stock in person at our warehouse prior to purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING & PROCESS
Returns based on minor imperfections, visual differences, or style and size variances will not be accepted.
If a return is approved in writing by our team, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
You must contact us in writing at sales@tradeclearinghouse.com before sending any return.
Returns must be sent using a signed-for delivery service to ensure safe receipt.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
FINAL TERMS OF SALE
By purchasing from Trade Clearinghouse, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
You acknowledge that you are purchasing wholesale clearance stock at discounted trade prices, where natural variation in appearance, finish, and assortment is expected.
All purchases are made on a trade basis, not retail expectations.
We are not liable for returns based on visual differences, personal preference, or resale suitability.
